Gregory P. Griffith

President

Greg is a Rider University alumnus with a degree in Finance. He began his career in 1990 with St. Paul Surety in New Jersey, later transferring to Chicago and, later, Phoenix. In 1998, Greg was promoted to Branch Manager, leading St. Paul to become the largest surety writer in Arizona. He joined CBI Bonding in 2000 and moved to Las Vegas in 2001 to oversee CBI’s Nevada operations. In 2011, Greg returned to Arizona as Senior VP of CBI Bonding. He became President and majority owner of CBI Bonding and owner of CBI Nevada in January of 2023. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years and adult children, golfing, and attending sporting events—especially cheering on the Eagles. Fly, Eagles Fly!

Andy Farr

Vice President

Andy graduated from Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in May 2002. Shortly thereafter in August of that year he began his career in surety with CBI. He allocated his time early on in the company to study the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) and completing the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) level I and II bond school. In May 2008, Andy attained his insurance license in Property and Casualty to become a producer for CBI Bonding, Inc., handling both new and current business held by CBI. He was promoted to the role of Vice President in 2011. When Andy is not handling the bond needs of his accounts, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his son, Jack, and his parents, Barry (the founder of CBI) and Lynn.

Stephanie Bucholz

Account Manager

Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience in the surety bond industry, the majority of which has been spent at CBI. Her experience spans small, medium, and large construction accounts, as well as numerous commercial accounts. Stephanie has built an excellent reputation for herself and takes great pride in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients. She is proud to have developed her career from the ground up, gaining hands-on industry knowledge and sharing that expertise with others. Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, caring for her two dogs, Oliver and Cardi B, reading, bike riding, hiking and walking. She has one son, Brandon, who currently lives in Northern California.

Crysta Powell

Account Manager

Crysta joined Constructors Bonding, Inc of Nevada in 2002 when they expanded into Nevada, having worked on the agency side of the surety industry since 1980. Knowledgeable about both contract and commercial surety, she obtained the designations of Associate in Fidelity & Surety Bonding and Certified Insurance Counselor. Based in Las Vegas, she provides outstanding customer service for CBI Bonding when she’s not otherwise occupied with grandchildren, a couple of cats, a flower garden, and spending time with her husband & family at their Utah cabin.

Nick Griffith

Controller/Producer

Nick joined CBI in October 2024. A 2020 graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Sustainability, he is also a licensed plumbing contractor and P&C insurance agent. Prior to CBI, he owned a swimming pool heating and custom misting system company until September 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter, caring for their chickens and dogs, and cheering for the Eagles. He’s also eagerly anticipating the arrival of his son in October 2025.
